Jay Wicklund

Jay founded Trident Construction Group and leads the firm as President. He brings more than 23 years of commercial construction experience and has overseen the delivery of over $300 million in completed projects. Jay began his career as an officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps.

Paul Nielsen

Paul leads Trident’s field and project operations as Vice President of Operations, with more than 25 years of commercial construction experience. He is an active member of ASHE (the American Society for Health Care Engineering) and the Georgia Hospital Association (GHA).
